The mission
One person. Spare hours. Zero lines of code. Twelve months. How far does it go?
Day job in aviation, a family at home, a runner who’d rather be outside. Never wrote software. In July 2026 I opened Claude Code, described what I wanted, and argued with it until something worked. This page counts the results — apps that shipped, money that came in, and the ones that didn’t make it — without rounding anything in my favour.
